2 Hour Laser Action Goal Setting Session

Personalized Meal Plan
We create an daily eating plan for you to follow based on your personal health assessment, so that you can achieve the results you want while enjoying the fresh, delicious foods that the tropics have to offer. This plan can be customized to create the meals yourself or be easy to order in our suggested restaurants- it’s based on your eating style and habits, with tailored tweaks to make sure you see changes in your body and energy levels.
Daily Fitness and Yoga Classes
These scheduled classes will allow you to make new friends and stay motivated in a group setting. Our fitness leaders design fun, effective classes that are suited to all body types and fitness levels, so that you can achieve results, no matter your starting point. Whether in Millennium’s fitness center, on the beach, or in the ocean, you are guaranteed to enjoy yourself and learn new skills.
Sunrise Meditation Sessions
Wake up with the sun and enjoy a peaceful and calming way to set intention to your day. We begin with a 15 minute asana practice followed by a 30 minute guided meditation session on the beach. Each session will be different, as we practice various forms of meditation and reflect upon how they affect our body, mind and spirit. This practice will heighten your experience as you will enjoy time to sit with yourself and settle into the various physical and emotional feelings you are experiencing throughout your retreat. This is also an excellent way to get into the habit of sustaining a daily practice.
Personal Training Sessions
A knowledgeable personal trainer will create a customized exercise program for you, designed to help you reach your unique health and fitness goals. A trainer will also take into account special considerations (e.g. existing medical condition, medications taken, etc) when creating a program exclusively for you. A personal trainer will teach you the proper mechanics of each exercise and will ensure that you are performing each with correct form, thus maximizing the efficiency of your workouts. Having a scheduled session with a trainer promotes accountability on your part, and can assist in developing adherence in the long run to making exercise a regular part of your routine. In addition to the outside motivation, a personal trainer can also help you develop a more positive outlook on exercise by exploring options for making exercise more enjoyable, reviewing short-term progress towards goals, and assessing feeling- and mood-state changes related to exercise, thereby improving self-confidence and self-motivation. Our personal trainers have vast knowledge of various exercises, tools and techniques that can make your workouts both fun and effective.

Enjoy a menu created by our expert nutritionist. Having your meals prepared for you ups the luxury level of your retreat and eliminates room for temptation. This plant based, nutrient dense menu, personally tailored to your portion needs will ensure you get the results you are looking for and makes reaching your goals that much easier! Meals are even scheduled at times to optimize your training needs so that you can accelerate your success.
Invigorating Lymphatic Massage
An extremely gentle, very light-touch, and noninvasive technique that can help alleviate numerous conditions and provide relief from chronic inflammation. A single treatment can effectively:
Re-routing stagnant fluid, removing toxins to effectively regenerate tissues, promoting cleansing and anti-aging.
Aid in the elimination of excessive fat and cellulite.
Improve immune system functioning as to help remove symptoms of illness and disease in the body
Stimulate the parasympathetic system to deal with stress, depression and sleeping disorders.
Detoxifying Mineral Salt Scrub and Firming Mud Wrap
Mud that is rich in concentrations of algae, minerals and vitamins derived from active seaweed varieties harvested off the Brittany Coast of France is used for firming, stimulating, toning, detoxifying and remineralizing the skin. Before the mud wrap process begins, a luscious, local honey based scrub is used to soften and exfoliate your skin leaving you glowing and relaxed. After the mud is applied to the body, you are wrapped in a covering that warms you and allows the minerals to work with the skin. During this time you will receive a relaxing massage to your head and feet. Afterward, the mud is removed with soothing warm water as you remain restful and relaxed on our special wet table. No movement required! This is a very relaxing, and therapeutic, body and skin treatment which improves your skin tone and leaves your skin texture soft and smooth.
Targeted Acupuncture Sessions
Acupuncture is a safe and effective natural therapy that is used to treat illness, prevent disease, and improve well-being. Tiny hair-thin needles are inserted into specific points in the body, where they are gently stimulated to trigger the body’s natural healing response. Needle points will be chosen based upon your unique needs and constitution.
Restorative Reiki Sessions
A treatment that feels like a wonderful glowing radiance that flows through and around you. Reiki treats the whole person including body, emotions, mind and spirit, creating many beneficial effects. It is a natural healing technique during which you lie, fully clothed and under a cozy blanket, on a massage table and hands are lightly lain on your head, face and body to channel energy.
