Let’s have a shopping date! I’ll take you to the market and teach you how to shop both healthfully and cost effectively. You’ll learn how to find the important information on food labels and how to avoid marketing ploys. I’ll show you the best produce to buy, which aisles to avoid- and most importantly how to shop based on a meal plan so that you don’t end up wasting food! I’ll provide you with a healthy grocery list of the staples to keep in stock as well as essentials to pick up weekly, and of course answer any questions you may have about food you already buy or something you’ve always wanted to try.

I come into your kitchen and perform a tough love shakedown of your fridge, cabinets and counters. I will show you what items may be keeping you from reaching your goals and possibly even causing you and your family harm. Sometimes we shop with the best intentions, but marketing schemes can sabotage our best efforts! Once we seek out all the food fiends, I will create a healthy grocery shopping list with you, based on your personal needs, and teach you how to properly stock your kitchen to always have ingredients on hand for easy, healthy meals.

Personalized Meal Plans
After evaluating your 7 day food journal, I will discuss any errors that you may be making or foods you are commonly consuming which conflict with your constitution or may be causing you digestive difficulty. I will then recommend suitable alternatives that may improve your health and we will discuss their benefits to you. I certainly take into account likes and dislikes as well as allergies and try to fully accommodate these challenges. This program includes a personalized meal plan, complete with shopping list and recipes.

For a greater impact on your health, meal plans specific to your body type, as per certain established principles and methods, can be applied for an additional cost. These include the Blood Type Diet, Metabolic Type Diet, and Ayurvedic Constitution Diet.

I will help you find the confidence and inspiration to prepare a variety of whole food dishes in a few minutes that your whole family will love.
