A Season of Spring

NEXT SEASON BEGINS MONDAY, SEPTEMBER 6th, 2021
Let's move into a season of heart centered SPRING together with the intention of releasing old baggage, junk and trauma from our minds, bodies and souls. We can then welcome in all the warmth, growth and awakening that Spring has to offer.
We will jump right in to spend 4 weeks in Spring together, then transition into Summer as a group.
You will receive two short weekly videos through your course portal outlining enhancements and sharing the content you need to have your best season of Spring yet.
Each week we will have two, 1 hour long recorded Zoom check in calls in which you can ask for support and clarity, and we as a community can come together and support one another.
You will also receive a Meal Plan to maximize your success in flipping your switch quickly and moving deep into ketosis for massive results. I believe I have fine tuned the strategy for success with minimal guesswork and I am excited to share it with you. This plan includes meal prep and planning suggestions, recipes and a shopping list as an asset for your season. The weekly meal plans will drop on the Thursday before the next week giving you the weekend to shop.
If you have done a program with me before, you know that I go deep into the mind, body and spirit aspects of cleansing and releasing which are possible in Spring and incorporate principles of Ayurveda, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Herbalism, Reiki and EFT in our journey together. Special content will be delivered to you through your course portal so that you may make the most of your experience and feel it is a season of abundance, rather than scarcity.
We are going to do things a bit differently this time, and instead of having everything in a Facebook group we are going to be using a personal course portal in which all your goodies and content will be kept. Through this same portal we will stay connected through a community group, using it for chats, sharing videos and files within our community. We are going to be playing some games and having a few mini challenges which will create daily accountability, motivation and inspiration throughout out time together.
